Diagnosis System [09/2020 - ]

DESCRIPTION
Four wheel drive control system data can be read through the Data Link Connector 3 (DLC3) of the vehicle. When the system seems to be malfunctioning, use the Techstream to check for malfunctions and perform repairs. Therefore when there seems to be a problem with the four wheel drive control system, use the Techstream or SST to check and troubleshoot it.
CHECK DATA LINK CONNECTOR 3 (DLC3)
1. Inspect the battery voltage.
  Standard Voltage
  
  11 to 14 V
  
  If the voltage is below 11 V, recharge the battery before proceeding.
2. Check the DLC3.

FUNCTION OF AWD WARNING
1. If a malfunction occurs during system operation, an AWD malfunction warning message will be displayed on the multi-information display to inform the driver of the system malfunction.

FAIL-SAFE FUNCTION

If the following malfunctions occur, the 4WD ECU assembly will stop or partially change the AWD control system function.

Malfunction	Control
