Driver Side Power Window does not Operate with Power Window Master Switch [10/2017 - 10/2023]: Procedure

1. Read the Data List according to the display on the Techstream.

   Refer to DATA LIST / ACTIVE TEST [10/2017 - 10/2023]

REPLACE FRONT POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY LH. Refer to  REMOVAL [10/2017 - 09/2018]  , or refer to  REMOVAL [09/2018 - 10/2020]  , or refer to  REMOVAL [10/2020 - 11/2021]  , or refer to  REMOVAL [11/2021 - 10/2022]  , or refer to  REMOVAL [10/2022 - 10/2023] 

Result: 

NG

1. Disconnect the H21 front power window regulator motor assembly LH connector.

2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Voltage

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   H21-10 (UP) - H21-1 (GND)	Power switch on (IG) Multiplex network master switch assembly (driver side switch) OFF → UP (manual operation)	11 to 14 V → Below 1 V
   H21-7 (DOWN) - H21-1 (GND)	Power switch on (IG) Multiplex network master switch assembly (driver side switch) OFF → DOWN (manual operation)	11 to 14 V → Below 1 V

   Result

REPLACE FRONT POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY LH. Refer to  REMOVAL [10/2017 - 09/2018]  , or refer to  REMOVAL [09/2018 - 10/2020]  , or refer to  REMOVAL [10/2020 - 11/2021]  , or refer to  REMOVAL [11/2021 - 10/2022]  , or refer to  REMOVAL [10/2022 - 10/2023] 

Result: 

NG

1. Disconnect the I5 multiplex network master switch assembly connector.
2. Disconnect the H21 front power window regulator motor assembly LH connector.
3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   I5-20 (UP) - H21-10 (UP)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   I5-15 (DOWN) - H21-7 (DOWN)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   I5-20 (UP) or H21-10 (UP) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher
   I5-15 (DOWN) or H21-7 (DOWN) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher

   Result
