Operation Check [09/2014 - 11/2017]
- INSPECT ASC SYSTEM OPERATION WARNING:
Check for safety before performing any tests.
HINT:
If the drive mode is changed to ECO mode while the ASC system operating, the dynamic engine sounds will stop.
- Check additional engine sounds generation
- Start the engine.
- Turn the vehicle sound switch on.
- Select NORMAL or SPORT mode.
- Move the shift lever to D or M. When the vehicle speed is 6 km/h (4 mph) or more and the engine speed is 980 rpm or more, check that additional engine sounds are generated in accordance with the engine speed.
HINT:
Check the difference in sound when the vehicle sound switch is operated.
