- INSPECT BATTERY VOLTAGE
Standard Voltage
11 to 14 V
If the voltage is below 11 V, recharge or replace the battery before proceeding to the next step.
- Using the Techstream, check the Data List item "Operation Limitation Control History Count" (Refer to DATA LIST / ACTIVE TEST [09/2014 - 10/2015]
or refer to DATA LIST / ACTIVE TEST [10/2015 - ]
).
HINT:
When "Operation Limitation Control History Count (Level 1)" and "Operation Limitation Control History Count (Level 2)" both display a value other than "0", the operation of the following functions has been limited in the past. If the current operation is being limited, perform troubleshooting for the charging system, as "Operation of Electrical items Restricted" will be displayed on the multi-information display in the combination meter assembly.
- After performing an inspection, using the Techstream, clear the values for "Operation Limitation Control History Count (Level 1)" and "Operation Limitation Control History Count (Level 2)".
