CUSTOMIZE WIRELESS DOOR LOCK CONTROL SYSTEM

HINT:

The following items can be customized.

NOTE:

When the customer requests a change in a function, first make sure that the function can be customized.
Record the current settings before customizing.

Customizing with the Techstream

Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
Turn the engine switch to on (IG).
Turn the Techstream on.
Enter the following menus: Customize Setting / Wireless Door Lock.

Select the setting by referring to the table below.

Wireless Control	ON	The function that turns the wireless door lock on or off.	ON or OFF	Main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU)
Hazard Answer Back	ON	When the lock switch on the transmitter is pressed, this function illuminates the hazard warning lights once. When the unlock switch is pressed, the hazard warning lights illuminate twice.	ON or OFF	Main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU)
Open Door Warning	ON	If a door or the glass hatch is not completely closed and the transmitter lock switch is pressed, this function makes the buzzer sound for 5 seconds.	ON or OFF	Main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU)
Unlock 2 Operation	ON	The function that unlocks the driver side door when the unlock switch on the transmitter is pressed once, and unlocks all the doors when the switch is pressed twice. If the setting is off, pressing the unlock switch once makes all the doors unlock.	ON or OFF	Main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU)
Panic Function	ON	The function to operate the theft deterrent system by continuously pressing the panic switch on the transmitter for 0.8 seconds.	ON or OFF	Main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU)
Auto Lock Time	60 s	The function that changes the time until relocking after unlocking the doors with the wireless door lock function.	30 s, 60 s or 120 s	Main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU)
Wireless Auto Lock	ON	This function turns the wireless automatic lock function on or off.	ON or OFF	Main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU)
Wireless Buzzer Resp	ON	This function turns the wireless door lock buzzer response on or off.	ON or OFF	Main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU)
Wireless Glass Hatch Open	Long1	This function changes the operation method used to open the glass hatch with the transmitter.	1tim ON, 2tim ON, Long1, Long2 or Prohibit	Main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU)
P/W Ope buzzer	ON	This function turns the wireless power window buzzer response on or off.	ON or OFF	Main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU)
Wireless Buzzer Vol	Level7	This function changes the wireless door lock buzzer volume.	Level7, Level6, Level5, Level4, Level3, Level2, Level1 or Level0	Main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU)

Customizing with Multi-display

Turn the engine switch to on (IG).
Enter the following menus: Setup / Vehicle / Vehicle Customization / Door Lock Settings.

Select the setting by referring to the table below.

Remote 2-Press Unlock	On	The function that unlocks the driver side door when the unlock switch on the transmitter is pressed once, and unlocks all the doors when the switch is pressed twice. Select Doors to Unlock	Driver's Door	The function that unlocks the driver side door when the unlock switch on the transmitter is pressed once, and unlocks all the doors when the switch is pressed twice. Customizing with Multi-information display

Turn the engine switch on (IG).
With the vehicle stationary or at a vehicle speed of less than 8 km/h (4.9 mph), press and hold the menu switch on the steering pad switch to display the meter customize mode screen.
