DTC C1A22: Object Recognition Camera Incorrect Axial Gap; DTC C1A23: Object Recognition Camera Initialization Incomplete [08/2015 - 08/2019]: Description
The driving support ECU uses the millimeter wave radar sensor assembly, lane recognition camera sensor assembly and driver monitor camera* to detect obstacles in front of the vehicle and the direction that the driver head is facing. Based on this information, the driving support ECU sends pre-collision control operation signals.
If the driving support ECU determines that the lane recognition camera sensor assembly axis has deviated, DTC C1A22 is stored.
Also, if the lane recognition camera sensor assembly beam axis adjustment is not performed after installing the camera sensor, DTC C1A23 is stored.
