Repair [10/2016 - 09/2018]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL UPPER HEADLIGHT PROTECTOR RETAINER 
    1. Remove the screw.

      NOTE:

      Do not reuse the removed screw.

    2. Cut off the part shaded in the illustration and sand smooth with sandpaper.

      HINT: 

      After cutting off the part, place the upper headlight protector retainer against the bosses and gradually file away the old bracket if it interferes with the installation of a supply retainer.

    3. Install the upper headlight protector retainer with the screw (A) and 2 screws (B).

      NOTE:

      Make sure to use only the screws which were supplied with the upper headlight protector retainer.

        Diameter Length
      Screw (A) 3 mm (0.118 in.) 12 mm (0.472 in.)
      Screw (B) 5 mm (0.197 in.) 16 mm (0.630 in.)
