Inspection [04/2013 - 10/2016]: Procedure

- INSPECT REAR COMBINATION LIGHT LENS AND BODY LH
- Remove the rear combination light lens and body LH.

(Rear Combination Light Lens and Body LH) - Apply battery voltage to the rear combination light lens and body LH and check that the lights come on.
OK
Condition Specified Condition Battery positive (+) → Terminal 1 (TL)
Battery negative (-) → Terminal 3 (E)Taillight comes on Battery positive (+) → Terminal 2 (STP)
Battery negative (-) → Terminal 3 (E)Stop light comes on If the result is not as specified, repair or replace the rear combination light lens and body LH.
- Remove the rear combination light lens and body LH.
- INSPECT REAR COMBINATION LIGHT SOCKET AND WIRE SUB-ASSEMBLY LH
- Reconnect the rear combination light socket and wire sub-assembly LH to the rear combination light lens and body LH.

(Rear Combination Light Socket and Wire Sub-assembly LH) - Apply battery voltage to the rear combination light socket and wire sub-assembly LH and check that the lights come on.

Battery negative (-) → Terminal 6 (E)Stop light comes on Battery positive (+) → Terminal 3 (TL)
Battery negative (-) → Terminal 6 (E)Taillight and rear side marker light come on Battery positive (+) → Terminal 4 (TRN)
Battery negative (-) → Terminal 6 (E)Turn signal light comes on If the result is not as specified, repair or replace the rear combination light socket and wire sub-assembly LH.
- Reconnect the rear combination light socket and wire sub-assembly LH to the rear combination light lens and body LH.
- INSPECT REAR COMBINATION LIGHT LENS AND BODY RH
- Remove the rear combination light lens and body RH.
