Installation [10/2020 - 10/2023]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL DRIVING SUPPORT ECU ASSEMBLY 
    NOTE:

    Do not use a driving support ECU if it has been dropped or has been subjected to any strong impact.

    1. Install the driving support ECU in the direction of the arrow shown in the illustration and attach the hook.

      *a Wire Harness Clamp
      *b Hook
      Install in this Direction
      NOTE:

      Do not use a driving support ECU if it has been dropped or has been subjected to any strong impact.

      1. Attach the wire harness clamp.
    2. Install the bolt.

      Torque: 10 N.m (102 kgf/cm, 7 ft.lbf) 

    3. Attach the wire harness clamp.
    4. Attach the clip as shown in the illustration to install the connector holder.

      Install in this Direction
    5. Connect the connector.
  2. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 35 [10/2020 - 10/2022] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 34 [10/2022 - 10/2023]

  3. INSTALL INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 36 [10/2020 - 10/2022] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 35 [10/2022 - 10/2023]

  4. INSTALL COWL SIDE TRIM BOARD LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 34 [10/2020 - 10/2022] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 33 [10/2022 - 10/2023]

  5. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 42 [10/2020 - 11/2021] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 42 [11/2021 - 10/2023]

  6. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  7. INITIALIZATION AFTER RECONNECTING BATTERY TERMINAL 

    Refer to WORK PROCEDURE [10/2020 - 10/2022] , or refer to WORK PROCEDURE [10/2022 - 10/2023]

    HINT: 

    When disconnecting and reconnecting the battery, there is an automatic learning function thatcompletes learning when the respective system is used.

  8. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT MAT SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 11
