REPAIR OR REPLACE CHARGING SYSTEM

- Inspect charging system.
- CHARGE SUB-BATTERY MODULE ASSEMBLY
- Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
- Turn the engine switch on (IG).
- Turn the Techstream on.
- Clear the DTCs.
Body Electrical > Sub Battery Module > Clear DTCs
- Turn the engine switch off and wait for at least 30 seconds.
- Turn the engine switch on (IG) and turn the Techstream on.
- Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Sub Battery Module / Data List / Sub Battery Module State of Charge.
Body Electrical > Sub Battery Module > Data List
Tester Display Sub Battery Module State of Charge - Start the engine and while idling, perform charging until the "Sub Battery Module State of Charge" reaches at least 20%*.
HINT:
*: Depending on the current charge of the sub-battery, it may take more than 30 minutes for the SOC (State of Charge) to reach 20% or more.
