    1. Interview the customer and confirm the problem.

    2. Clear the DTCs and Freeze Frame Data.

    3. Reconfirm the DTCs.
      1. Reconfirm the DTCs based on the recorded DTCs and Freeze Frame Data.

        for DTC Check / Clear: Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [09/2014 - 01/2023] 

        for Freeze Frame Data: Refer to FREEZE FRAME DATA [09/2014 - 01/2023] 

        HINT: 

        When CAN communication system DTCs are output, repair the CAN communication system first.
