Terminals Of Ecu [10/2015 - 08/2019]

  1. CHECK FORWARD RECOGNITION CAMERA

    1. Disconnect the U14 forward recognition camera connector.
      NOTE:
      • DTCs may be output when connectors are disconnected during inspection. Therefore, be sure to clear the DTCs using the Techstream once the inspection has been completed.
      • Do not apply excessive force to the U14 forward recognition camera connector.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      HINT: 

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

      U14-7 (IGB) - Body ground SB - Body ground Power source Power switch on (IG) 11 to 14 V
      Power switch off Below 1 V
      U14-10 (GND) - Body ground BR - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω
    3. Reconnect the U14 forward recognition camera connector.
    4. w/ Forward recognition with heater hood sub-assembly:

      Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      U14-1 (HTR) - Body ground B - Body ground Forward recognition with heater hood sub-assembly operation signal Power switch on (IG)
      Forward recognition with heater hood sub-assembly not operating

      Below 1 V
    5. Measure the waveform according to the value(s) in the table below.

    6. Check for pulses according to the value(s) in the table below.
