Power Windows do not Operate Using All Window Switch [07/2020 - ]: Description

The power window control system operation request signal uses LIN communication to relay to the power window regulator motor assembly (driver seat, passenger seat, quarter right, quarter left) from the removable roof control ECU assembly via CAN communication.

When the sliding roof switch assembly (all window switch) is operated, an operation request signal is sent to the main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU).

When the main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) receives an operation request signal, the power window regulator motor assembly (driver seat, passenger seat, quarter right, quarter left) is operated via LIN communication.
