Problem Symptoms Table [12/2017 - 10/2020]

NOTE:
  • After replacing the radio receiver assembly of vehicles subscribed to pay-type satellite radio broadcasts, registration of the XM radio ID is necessary (w/ SXM System).
  • If the DCM (telematics transceiver) has been replaced, perform the DCM Activation procedure using the Techstream.

    Refer to DCM ACTIVATION [12/2017 - 10/2020]

  • When replacing the radio receiver assembly, always replace it with a new one. If a radio receiver assembly which was installed to another vehicle is used, the following may occur:
    • A communication malfunction DTC may be stored.
    • The radio receiver assembly may not operate normally.
