DTC U1190-87: Lost Communication with Advanced Drive Control Module Missing Message (Ethernet) [11/2021 - ]: Procedure

  1. CHECK DTC (ETHERNET COMMUNICATION SYSTEM) 

    HINT: 

    Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [11/2021 - ]

    1. Check for DTCs.

      Body Electrical > Ethernet Switch1 > Trouble Codes 

      Body Electrical > Ethernet Switch2 > Trouble Codes 

      Result

      Result Proceed to
      No DTCs output from Ethernet switch 1 and Ethernet switch 2 A
      DTC output from Ethernet switch 1 or Ethernet switch 2 B

    Result: 

    GO TO ETHERNET COMMUNICATION SYSTEM. Refer to  HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [11/2021 - 10/2023]  , or refer to  HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [10/2023 - ] 

    Result: 

    See step  2

  2. CHECK DTC 
    1. Clear the DTCs.

      Body Electrical > Spatial Information Service > Clear DTCs 

    2. Check for DTCs.

      Body Electrical > Spatial Information Service > Trouble Codes 

      Result

      Result Proceed to
      DTCs are not output A
      DTC U1190-87 is output B

    Result: 

    USE SIMULATION METHOD TO CHECK. Refer to  HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [11/2021 - 10/2022]  , or refer to  HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [10/2022 - 10/2023]  , or refer to  HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [10/2023 - ] 

    Result: 

    REPLACE SPATIAL INFORMATION SERVICE ECU ASSEMBLY. Refer to  REMOVAL [11/2021 - ]
