1. Disconnect the No. 1 switch wire connector.

   *a	Component without harness connected (No. 1 Switch Wire)

2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   A-2 (LDW) - z16-2	Always	Below 1 Ω
   A-2 (LDW) or z16-2 - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher

   Result

   Proceed to

   NG

REPLACE NO. 1 SWITCH WIRE. Refer to  REMOVAL [11/2017 - ]

1. Turn the engine switch on (IG).
2. Using an oscilloscope, measure the waveform at the O25 spiral cable sub-assembly connector.
