Freeze Frame Data [11/2017 - ]

  1. FREEZE FRAME DATA 
    1. Whenever an ASC system DTC is stored, the stereo component equalizer assembly stores the current vehicle state as freeze frame data.
  2. CHECK FREEZE FRAME DATA 
    1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
    2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).
    3. Turn the Techstream on.
    4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / ASC / Trouble Codes.

      Body Electrical > ASC > Trouble Codes 

    5. Select a DTC to display its freeze frame data.

      Body Electrical > ASC

      Speaker Disconnection Inspection State of wire harness between stereo component equalizer assembly and No. 1 speaker assembly with box OFF or Inspecting OFF: Open not detected
      Inspecting: Open detected      		 -
      Volume Switch Voltage The VSLI terminal voltage to the CPU of the stereo compartment equalizer assembly Min.: 0.00 V
      Max.: 5.00 V      		 Changes according to vehicle sound switch volume setting -

  3. CLEAR FREEZE FRAME DATA 
    NOTE:

    Clearing the DTCs will also clear the freeze frame data.

    1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
    2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).
    3. Clear the DTCs and freeze frame data.
    4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / ASC / Clear DTCs.

      Body Electrical > ASC > Clear DTCs
