Installation [09/2015 - 12/2017]: Procedure

PRECAUTION
NOTE:
When 4WD ECU assembly is replaced with a known good one from another vehicle, it is necessary to perform calibration.

Refer to CALIBRATION [09/2015 - ]

INSTALL 4WD ECU ASSEMBLY

Install the 4WD ECU assembly with the bolt.

Torque: 8.5 N*m (87 kgf*cm, 75 in.*lbf)

Connect the 4WD ECU assembly connector.

INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 16
INSTALL COWL SIDE TRIM BOARD RH
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 17
INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 49
CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
NOTE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.
