  2. CUSTOMER PROBLEM ANALYSIS AND SYMPTOM CHECK

  3. INSPECT AUXILIARY BATTERY VOLTAGE 
    1. Measure the auxiliary battery voltage with the power switch off.

      Standard Voltage

      11 to 14 V

      If the voltage is below 11 V, recharge or replace the auxiliary battery before proceeding to the next step.

  4. CHECK CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM* 
    1. Use the Techstream, check if the CAN communication system is functioning normally.

      for HV Model: Refer to DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM [10/2018 - 10/2019]

      for Gasoline Model: Refer to DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM [10/2018 - 10/2019]

  5. CHECK HYBRID CONTROL SYSTEM 
    1. Check whether the hybrid control system is functioning normally.

      Refer to HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [10/2018 - ]

    1. Check for DTCs.
