1. Remove the 2 nuts and disconnect the No. 2 parking release cable bracket sub-assembly from the rear engine mounting member.

2. Remove the 3 nuts and rear engine mounting member.

1. Remove the 11 bolts and transfer assembly.

   NOTE:

   • Be careful not damage the transfer front case oil seal.
   • Be careful not to drop the transfer assembly.
   • Make sure there are no oil leaks.
