Installation [08/2023 - ]: Procedure
- INSTALL CAMSHAFT TIMING VALVE ASSEMBLY
- Temporarily install the camshaft timing valve assembly to the camshaft timing exhaust gear assembly.NOTE:
- If the camshaft timing valve assembly has been struck or dropped, replace it.
- Make sure to fit the protrusion of the camshaft timing valve assembly into the cutout of the camshaft timing exhaust gear assembly.
- Using a 5 mm hexagon socket wrench, install the camshaft timing valve assembly with the bolt.
Torque: 19 N.m (194 kgf/cm, 14 ft.lbf)
- Pull the camshaft timing valve assembly to confirm that is installed securely.
- Temporarily install the camshaft timing valve assembly to the camshaft timing exhaust gear assembly.
- INSTALL CAM TIMING OIL CONTROL SOLENOID O-RING

- INSTALL EARTH BOLT CAP
- CONNECT LIQUID TUBE SUB-ASSEMBLY A (for PHEV Model)
