Water Level Sensor

The water level sensor is attached to bottom of replaceable conditioner element. The sensor is exposed to fuel and operates by sensing water inside filter.

If water level is too high, a Water-in-Fuel light (on instrument panel) will glow until water is drained.

NOTE: When Water-in-Fuel light glows, fuel conditioner/filter should be drained as soon as possible to prevent damage to injector pump.
