Hood Switch Test

Ensure hood and switch are properly adjusted. Measure resistance between Anti-Theft Control Module connector C2, terminal No. 26 and ground. See Fig 1 . Resistance should be more than 25 k/ohms with hood closed, and less than 200 ohms with hood open. If resistance is not to specification, replace hood switch or repair circuit.
