Headlight Switch

Remove headlight switch. See HEADLIGHT SWITCH under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. Check continuity between appropriate terminals with switch in specified position. See HEADLIGHT SWITCH TEST table. See Fig 1. If continuity is not as specified, replace headlight switch.

⁽¹⁾	Knob rotated fully counterclockwise (in detent).

⁽²⁾	Knob rotated fully clockwise (out of detent).

⁽³⁾	Knob rotated left from full right position.

⁽⁴⁾	Resistance should decrease smoothly.
