  1. Install the special tool.

  2. Tighten the nut.

  3. Install the special tool.

    4. NOTE: If the indicator reading is above specification, replace the torque converter (7902).

  4. With the stylus contacting the converter shell and the dial indicator set to zero lift up on the handles of the checking tool.
