Removal and Installation

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2005 Lincoln Town Car. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Remove the instrument panel finish panel. For additional information, Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL AND CONSOLE .
  2. Remove the clock assembly.
    • Remove the screws.
    • Disconnect the electrical connector.

  3. NOTE: Dual media audio unit shown, navigation audio unit similar.

  4. Position the audio unit aside.
    • Remove the screws.
  5. Remove the audio unit.
    • Disconnect the electrical connectors and the antenna lead-in cable.

  6. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
