Speed Control Switch: Removal

  1. Disconnect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to BATTERY, MOUNTING AND CABLES .
  2. CAUTION: When separating the speed control actuator switch from the steering wheel, it is necessary to take precautions not to damage the steering wheel.

  3. Pry the speed control actuator switch out of the steering wheel.
  4. Remove the speed control actuator switch.
    • Disconnect the speed control actuator switch electrical connector.
