Removal & Installation

  1. Before proceeding, see AIR BAG SAFETY PRECAUTIONS  . LCM is located under left-side of instrument panel. Disconnect negative battery cable.
  2. Remove 3 push pins, disconnect courtesy light and remove left instrument panel sound insulator. Remove 2 LCM mounting screws. Release LCM locking tab and lower LCM. Disconnect electrical connectors and remove LCM. To install, reverse removal procedure.
