Remote Transmitter Programming
NOTE:
Programming (or reprogramming) of the remote transmitters can be accomplished using a diagnostic tool or by carrying out the following steps:
- Cycle the key from OFF to RUN 8 times within 10 seconds with the 8th time ending in RUN. The locks will then lock and unlock, confirming that the program mode has been entered.
- Press any button on the transmitter to be programmed.
- If additional remote transmitters are to be programmed, repeat Step 2 within 7.5 seconds.
- To exit program mode, turn the key to START or wait 7.5 seconds.
NOTE:
When the first remote transmitter is programmed, all other remote transmitters are erased. So all remote transmitters should be programmed when one remote transmitter is programmed.
