DTC C200B: Steering Shaft Torque Sensor 1: Description

The PSCM continually monitors both steering shaft torque sensors when the ignition is ON and the voltage supply to the PSCM is above 10 volts.

• DTC C200B:49 (Steering Shaft Torque Sensor 1: Internal Electronic Failure) - If the steering shaft torque sensor signal is outside the expected range, DTC C200B:49 is set.
• DTC C200B:62 (Steering Shaft Torque Sensor: Signal Compare Failure) - If the steering shaft torque sensor signal does not match other sensor input, DTC C200B:62 is set.
