Door Lock Switch

  1. Remove door trim panel. Disconnect door lock switch 3-pin connector. Check continuity between terminals "A" and "B" of door lock switch connector. SeeFig 1 . With door lock switch in unlocked position, continuity should exist. With door lock switch in locked position, continuity should exist.
  2. If continuity is as specified, check resistance of door lock switch with switch in locked position. If resistance is not 950-1050 ohms, replace door lock switch.
