ENGINE DISASSEMBLY/ASSEMBLY





1. Using the bolts part number 99794 1025 or M10x1.25, length 25 mm (0.984 inches) to Install the SST as shown.
Tightening torque 100 - 125 Nm (10.2 - 12.7 kgf-cm, 73.8 - 92.1 ft. lbs.)
2. Remove the engine and transaxle from the engine jack.
3. Disconnect the engine and transaxle.
4. Remove the generator.
5. Remove the P/S oil pump.
6. Remove the intake-air system.
7. Remove the exhaust system.





8. Remove the thermostat case and water hose component.
9. Remove the water bypass tube.
10. Remove the Ignition coils.
11. Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly.
