PINPOINT TEST 2: THE SET SPEED FLUCTUATES

Normal Operation
The speed control actuator adjusts the speed control cable which controls the throttle body.

Possible Causes
- Speed control cable
- Accelerator cable
- Speed control actuator
- Base engine concern
- PCM

Diagnostic Procedure

CAUTION: Use the correct probe adapter(s) when making measurements. Failure to use the correct probe adapter(s) may damage the connector.
