Seat Occupant Classification Module - Air Bag: Service and Repair

SEAT WEIGHT SENSOR CONTROL MODULE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

CAUTION:
- When the seat weight sensor control module is replaced with a new one, calibrate the seat weight sensor using the M-MDS. Programming and Relearning

1. Turn the ignition switch to the LOCK position.

2. Remove the battery cover. Removal and Replacement

3. Disconnect the negative battery cable and wait for 1 min or more.

4. Remove the front passenger's seat. Front Seat Removal/Installation

5. Remove in the order indicated in the table.










6. Install in the reverse order of removal.
