Flex Plate

Tighten the bolts in the sequence shown in two stages.
Stage 1: Tighten the bolts to 13 N-m {1.3 kgf-m,10 lb-ft}.
Stage 2: Tighten the bolts to 71 N-m {7.1 kgf-m, 52 lb-ft}.
