DTC P2119:00	Throttle valve actuator control throttle body range/performance problem
DETECTION CONDITION	The PCM compares the TP with the default TP when switch the ignition to off. If the TP is higher than the default TP, the PCM determines that there is a throttle valve actuator control throttle body range/performance problem. Diagnostic support note This is a continuous monitor (CCM). The check engine light illuminates if the PCM detects the above malfunction condition during the first drive cycle. FREEZE FRAME DATA (Mode 2)/Snapshot data is available. The DTC is stored in the PCM memory.
FAIL-SAFE FUNCTION	Stops the idle air control. Stops the drive-by-wire control and sets to a throttle valve opening angle necessary for the minimum driveability.
