Front Combination Light Removal/Installation

WARNING:
  • Incorrect servicing of the discharge headlights could result in electrical shock. Before servicing the discharge headlights, always refer to the discharge headlight service warnings. (See DISCHARGE HEADLIGHT SERVICE WARNINGS .)
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the front bumper. (See FRONT BUMPER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  3. Remove the bolt shown in the figure.

  4. Remove the bolt and fastener shown in the figure.

  5. Remove the bolts shown in the figure.

  6. Remove the bolts shown in the figure and set the coolant reserve tank out of the way. (RH only)

  7. Disconnect the connectors shown in the figure.

  8. Pull the front combination light in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure and remove the pin from the body.

  10. Remove the front combination light.
  11. Remove the bolts shown in the figure.

  12. Remove the tabs and pin shown in the figure.

  14. Remove the cover from the combination light.
  15. Install in the reverse order of removal.
  16. Adjust the headlight aiming. (See HEADLIGHT AIMING.)
