Back-Up Light Switch Inspection

- Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0, SKYACTIV-G 2.5] .)
- Remove the air cleaner component. (ex: air cleaner, air hose) (See INTAKE-AIR SYSTEM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0, SKYACTIV-G 2.5] .)
- Disconnect the back-up light switch connector. (See BACK-UP LIGHT SWITCH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [C66M-R] .)
- Verify that the continuity between the back-up light switch terminals is as indicated in the table.
- If not as indicated in the table, replace the back-up light switch. (See BACK-UP LIGHT SWITCH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [C66M-R] .)
