Windshield Wiper And Washer Switch Inspection: Notes
- Disconnect the negative battery cable.
- Remove the following parts:
- Column cover (See COLUMN COVER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Wiper and washer switch (See WIPER AND WASHER SWITCH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Verify that the continuity and resistance between the windshield wiper and washer switch terminals is as indicated in the table.
- If the continuity is not as indicated in the table, or if the resistance is not within the specification, replace the windshield wiper and washer switch. (See WIPER AND WASHER SWITCH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
