DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

Wastegate valve actuator control circuit low input |
| DETECTION CONDITION |
- If the voltage from the wastegate valve actuator is below specified value, the PCM determines that the wastegate valve actuator circuit has a malfunction.
Diagnostic support note
- This is a continuous monitor (CCM).
- The check engine light does not illuminate.
- FREEZE FRAME DATA is not available.
- Snapshot data is available.
- DTC is stored in the PCM memory.

- Stop the supercharging pressure control. (fully open the wastegate valve)

| POSSIBLE CAUSE |
- Wastegate valve connector or terminals malfunction
- Short to ground in wiring harness between the following terminals:
- Wastegate valve terminal F-PCM terminal 1CD
- Wastegate valve terminal B-PCM terminal 1BZ
- PCM connector or terminals malfunction
- Open circuit in wiring harness between the following terminals:
- Wastegate valve terminal F-PCM terminal 1CD
- Wastegate valve terminal B-PCM terminal 1BZ
- Wastegate valve actuator malfunction
- PCM malfunction
