P025D-00: (PCM - SKYACTIV-G) DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

System malfunction location	Fuel pump control module system: On-board diagnostic result high input
Detection condition	There are no on-board diagnostic results received from the fuel pump control module (voltage too high).
Fail-safe	Not applicable
Possible cause	DTCs are stored in the PCM. (Other than P025D-00:) (See DTC TABLE [PCM (SKYACTIV-G)] .) Malfunction in wiring harness (including connector/terminal) between battery and fuel pump relay (See CIRCUIT INSPECTION .) (See CONNECTOR INSPECTION .) Malfunction in wiring harness (including connector/terminal) between fuel pump relay and fuel pump control module (See CIRCUIT INSPECTION .) (See CONNECTOR INSPECTION .) Malfunction in wiring harness (including connector/terminal) between fuel pump control module and PCM (See CIRCUIT INSPECTION .) (See CONNECTOR INSPECTION .) Fuel pump relay malfunction (Refer to RELAY INSPECTION in service information.) Malfunction in wiring harness (including connector/terminal) between fuel pump control module and ground (See CIRCUIT INSPECTION .) (See CONNECTOR INSPECTION .) Fuel pump control module malfunction (Refer to FUEL PUMP CONTROL MODULE INSPECTION [SKYACTIV-G (WITH CYLINDER DEACTIVATION)] in service information.) PCM malfunction (Refer to PCM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-G (WITH CYLINDER DEACTIVATION)] in service information.)
Repeatability verification procedure	Clear the DTC recorded in the memory. (See CLEARING DTC .) Perform the KOEO or KOER self-test. (See DTC INSPECTION .)
