Intention of troubleshooting procedure
- Step 1
- Perform an inspection of the connectors and wiring harnesses between the A/F sensor and PCM.
- Step 2
- Perform a unit inspection of the A/F sensor.
- Repair completion verification
- Verify that the primary malfunction is resolved and there are no other malfunctions.

| Repair completion verification 1 | PURPOSE: VERIFY IF VEHICLE IS REPAIRED

Yes | Refer to the CAN (controller area network) malfunction diagnosis flow to inspect for a CAN communication error. (See MALFUNCTION DIAGNOSIS FLOW [CONTROLLER AREA NETWORK (CAN)] .) If the CAN communication is normal, perform the diagnosis from Step 1 again.
