Test 18: Activation Of Combination Control Module By Sun Roof Switch (Tilt Close)

Using Adapter (140 589 12 63 00), connect Breakout Box (129 589 00 21 00) to combination control module. See Figure. With ignition switch in OFF position, measure voltage between ground and terminal No. 71 at breakout box. With sun roof in fully closed position, press sun roof switch to CLOSE, 6-9 volts should exist. If voltage is not at specified, check wiring. See WIRING DIAGRAMS . If wiring is okay, check sun roof switch.
