Test 46: Sliding Sunroof Anti-Flutter Position

Connect Hand-Held Tester (HHT) to Data Link Connector (DLC) located in engine bay. Monitor overhead control panel control module readings. Turn ignition on. Ensure sunroof is closed. Press sliding sunroof switch back until sunroof stops. This is the anti-flutter position. If overhead control panel control module senses sunroof is the anti-flutter position, YES will be displayed on HHT. If NO is displayed, check for proper version coding with electronic ignition switch control module. Check sliding sunroof motor. Repair or replace as necessary. See COMPONENT LOCATIONS .
