Adjusting seats, function - GF91.29-P-2005LK
MODEL 170 with CODE (221b) Electrically adjustable driver and passenger seats
The function sequence when adjusting the seats is explained in the example for longitudinal adjustment of the right seat. The sequence for other adjustment functions is analog.
Function prerequisites
- C. 15R ON or
- at least one door open.
Function sequence for right seat longitudinal adjustment
- If the prerequisites are fulfilled battery voltage is connected to the right front seat adjustment switch (S23) via the convenience feature relay (K24).
- If then the right forward/back seat adjustment switch (S23/3) is actuated toward front the fore/aft motor (M26m1) receives power.
- The fore/aft motor (M26m1) moves the seat forward as long as the switch is actuated until the stop is reached.
- If the right forward/back seat adjustment switch (S23/3) is actuated toward rear the fore/aft motor (M26m1) receives power with reversed polarity.
- The fore/aft motor (M26m1) moves the seat back as long as the switch is actuated until the stop is reached.
