Switching over with switch 

Function sequence 

1. Function prerequisites:
   • Heated seat switched on, heating stage "1" or "2". One or both LEDs in the heated seat switch indicate the selected heating stage.
2. Switching over from heating stage "1" to "2" or from "2" to "1", actuated by actuating the switch position not previously actuated on the heated seat switch once.
3. The heated seat control module reduces or increases the electrical power output for the heating elements in the seat depending on the heating stage selected.
4. Switchover is indicated by one or both LEDs in the heated switch coming on.

Automatic switchover to heating stage "1" after expiration of heat-up time 

Function sequence 

1. Function prerequisites:
   • Heated seat switched on, heating stage "2". Both LED's in the heated seat switch indicate the selected heating stage.
2. After reaching the maximum heat-up time of approx. 5 min., the heated seat control module automatically switches over from heating stage "2" to heating stage "1" to reduce the power consumption.
3. The heated seat control module reduces the electrical power for the heating elements in the seat and switches off the second LED in the heated seat switch.
