Infrared receiver, location The left front IR receiver (A26/1) and right front IR receiver (A26/2) is located in the lock cylinder guide of the corresponding front door
Infrared receiver, task Receiving IR infrared signal of transmitter key.
Infrared receiver, design The infrared receiver consists of an infrared sensitive semi-conductor with active actuation electronic circuitry.
The receiver is flush-fitted behind a filter lens.
Infrared receiver, function The infrared receiver converts the infrared signal from the transmitter key into an electrical signal. The electric signal is read in and relayed by the corresponding door control unit.
