Deceleration air switchover valve, location	Located at back of right cylinder head. Observe risk of mixing up with air pump switchover valve.
Deceleration air switchover valve, task	When actuated apply vacuum from the vacuum reservoir to the aneroid capsules of both deceleration air valves.
Deceleration air switchover valve, design/ function	The voltage to the electromagnetic valve is supplied from terminal 87. The ME control unit actuates the valve at the ground end. A solenoid with armature operates a valve which switches between the connectors.
