COMPLAINT
A/C operating unit display intermittently shuts off/display remains dark.
The fault code A10D00 "The power supply is too low" may be logged in the fault memory of the air conditioning system.
The air conditioning can still be operated via the A/C operating unit.
CAUSE
The 12 V output on the A/C operating unit is not monitored and is switched off.
REMEDY
- Update software of air conditioning control unit.
- Set workshop coding "The output of the 12 V power supply is monitored" in air conditioning control unit to "YES" (see ATTACHMENTS ).
- Erase fault memory.
Do not replace any components of the A/C as this will not remedy the problem!
