Notice	Notes on handling adhesive		AH67.00-P-1000-01A
	Remove
1	Prepare adhesive cartridge.	Use the repair kit specified in the EPC.	AR67.00-P-0001-02Y

2	Lower side window of driver's door.	The side window in the driver door must be lowered during the curing time of the adhesive material. This prevents the triangular side window (1) from being pressed outwards by the air pressure when a door is closed.
3	Remove trim from C-pillar.		AR68.30-P-4490LFA
4	Remove rear passenger compartment side trim.		AR68.30-P-4780LFA
5	Remove roller sunblind for triangular window (1).		AR68.50-P-0005LF
6	Mask contact surfaces of side wall with fabric tape (4) and clip off trim insert (2).	Long wedge	Fig 1
7	Mask beltline on C-pillar with fabric tape (4).
8	Fasten retaining clips of triangular window (1) with fabric tape (4) from inside.	Otherwise they can fall into the body after removal.
9	Guide cutting wire behind sealing lip to adhesive bead.
	Risk of injury  from cutting wire tearing or becoming hot and from splinters of glass when cutting out bonded windows	Wear protective gloves and safety glasses.	AS67.00-Z-0004-01A
10	Cut out triangular window (1) with a helper.	Always replace triangular side window (1) after removal.
	Install
11	Prepare body flange for installation of window.		AR67.10-P-1501-01P
Notice	General notes about painting the body flange in the glazing area	The bonding area must be absolutely free of dust and grease. Otherwise the adhesive force of the adhesive material starts to decrease. Use the repair kit specified in the EPC. Use only primer filler and primer sticks approved by Daimler AG: xentry.daimler.com  Chapter: Dealer Information - After-Sales Paint Technology.	AH98.00-P-9408-06A
12	Clean bonding area on new triangular window (1) and apply primer in bonding area.	The bonding area on the new triangular side window (1) must be free of dust and grease. Otherwise the adhesive force of the adhesive material starts to decrease. Observe processing notes for primer. Otherwise the adhesive force of the adhesive material starts to decrease. Use the repair kit specified in the EPC.
13	Apply adhesive material to triangular window (1).	Install triangular side window (1) within 10 min after applying adhesive material to body flange. Otherwise the adhesive force of the adhesive material starts to decrease. Use the repair kit specified in the EPC.
14	Install triangular window (1).	Observe the manufacturer's specifications for the curing time of the adhesive material.
15	Install roller sunblind for triangular window (1).		AR68.50-P-0005LF
16	Install side trim in rear passenger compartment.		AR68.30-P-4780LFA
17	Install trim on C-pillar.		AR68.30-P-4490LFA
18	Raise side window of driver's door.	After curing time of adhesive material.
	Clean
19	Remove fabric tape (4).
20	Clean working area.
